The number of Pachinko & Pachislot stores was 10, 060 as of the end of December 2018. It decreased by 5.1 percent from 2017.

According to the National Police Agency’s white paper announced on 8th March, the number of quasi gambling machines such as Pachinko installed in the store was 4,302,731 as of the end of December 2018. It decreased by 3 percent from 2017.

The average of the number of installed machines per store was 427.7 as of the end of December , increased 9 machines from the previous year.
It can be found from the result that the facility is becoming larger.
